Big C Restoration

Before re-roofing my house, I did my homework. Not only that but I made sure that I had gotten several estimates from local companies and ones that were touted online as being top notch. I was mostly impressed by the companies that came out to give me their estimates with the exception of one or two. Online it seemed that all of the suggestions were for the same company (a different one) and that seemed good until I checked into who was giving the recommendations, it seems like they were not necessarily customers but rather friends and family, which did not disqualify that company in my book but it did make me suspicious. Big C came out and I was very impressed with the way Bill handled the business of roofing. He not only answered the phone on my first call but ensured me that if I called for any reason, he'd be the one who answered the call and I wouldn't have to wait for a call back. That impressed me, I liked the idea that I could get in touch with the person that I needed to and not have to deal with any runaround. After getting all of my bids, Bill's was very fair, not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive but it was Bill himself that had sold me on Big C and the reason was that I didn't feel like there were going to be any gotcha's from Big C. One of the companies who had a better price left me with the feeling that there were going to be a few (hidden) costs when they got the old roof off. Bill made me feel comfortable in my decision to work with Big C. Now that my roof is complete all that I can say is it is an absolutely beautiful job. I had upgraded my asphalt shingle roof to a standing seam metal roof and it is just outstanding work. I have never seen trim work like what I received from Big C. It is just perfect and I could not recommend Big C more highly. ********UPDATE: Hurricane Ian We were pummeled by Ian, spending hours in the eye wall. Trees broke all around us, branches slammed our roof as they broke off and were launched at us. When it was all over I expected to see the roof destroyed by the enormous debris that had been hurled at our roof. Nothing. No infiltration. No damage at all. Houses all around us are covered in blue tarps and are dealing with water infiltration and damage. Lost shingles scattered everywhere but here we sit unscathed. Thank you, Big C! Big C roofing is the real deal. I recently had my roof replaced and it had to be done on a tight time frame. Anything and everything Bill Friddle, the owner, told me about the process happened just as he promised and when he promised. Even though we had a slight problem with the Building Department, Bill went the extra mile to see that the officials straightened out their records. This roofing company is the only way to go. As a small business owner myself, I know a legitimate business when I see one. I did extensive research. No, they weren't the cheapest but they are local and Bill the owner was always one phone call away, even on a Saturday. The cheapest is not always the best when it comes to protecting one of your biggest investments. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, GOOD WORK, GOOD CLEAN UP. What else to be said if you need a roof? Hire them and you won't regret it.

Bill and Kristen are wonderful people to work with. Fair, honest and caring. We got several estimates and spoke with many people and there was never any doubt that Big C Roofing was who we wanted to work with. We are out of towners and they kept us informed and sent pictures every step of the way. They worked very hard to get the job completed before my 84 year old mom returned so she wouldn't have to deal with all the noise and mess. So so kind. Couldn't have made a better choice and will refer them to everyone!!!

First of all, after the hurricane, Bill the owner had someone come out to look at my roof. The turn around timing was so quick when I decided to hire Big C Roofing They did a great job! In addition, my neighbors are so impressed with the quality of roofing materials used and colors.
