The guys did a really nice job on my Carport! It’s really beautiful and nice and sturdy! I love it I would recommend this company.

I highly recommend richco. I had them build a new pool cage for me.. I lost mine in a hurricane you sent five men out to my property and in two days they had it completed. I was very pleased with their work ethics and their promptness. I couldn't have asked for a better team. If I should ever need this type of work done again I wouldn't hesitate to call them. Buyer beware! Make sure that you fully vet and stand your ground on the contract. Our contract was changed several times, as per their “process” and the sales persons lack of training. The salesperson, Michelle, made promises that her boss didn’t approve. In the end, the contract never did really mean anything because it was manipulated so much. We ended up paying a couple thousand over what we were told in the beginning, due to these missteps. The owner Richard is very unprofessional and difficult to work with. According to him, all the problems are someone else’s fault (even the customer!) getting people to work, Michelle, people at the city, and the list goes on. Inspection failed twice, then passed. Even so, we still have things that were not done properly. Workmanship was not great (still waiting on a fix…talked to Richard and also emailed them 2 weeks ago…nothing heard back). We are not happy with the timeline, end product, or services. I will give credit on one point, they were really good at collecting their money. At one point, Richard called and literally yelled at us to pay. Most recently, Michelle called and asked for payment after we had already paid. The left hand absolutely does not talk to the right hand at this company. But at least they stay on top on receivables… Bottom line - I would never use this company again and do not recommend for anyone else. Choosing them was a complete mistake.

I was surprised how fast and professional the work was performed from demolition to finished product! Beautiful work!

Richco delivered on all promises they made even on those outside the contract for replacing my pool cage. I was very pleased with their performance, honesty, and professionalism.
