Cardinal Roofing & Siding

We had our home built in 2018 into 2019. Cardinal Roofing put our roof on. January 23 2019 we had a major roofing leak and they came out and "fixed it" Feb 2019. Our house was not completed until April 2019 and we did not move in until then. On September 29, 2020 - it started leaking again - the same place they repaired it. I called them and was told that they only warrant their roof for ONE year. I told them it was leaking where they had repaired it. They wanted me to pay them $250 to "come out and look at it". This is a BRAND NEW house and a BRAND NEW roof! There should be ZERO leaks. I would never recommend them. There are two sets of pics- pre move in/while they were building and current.

They install roofs for LGI,if you buy a LGI home be prepared to replace your roof before it is 10 years old

Bought a 3 year old house, they installed roof. Apparently they don't stand by there work. 5 days of we will call you back. Since they can't follow through and cover there shotty work. Stay away there one of those companies that are in and out. Sad

I have not personally used the services this company provides however I have received multiple unwanted, unsolicited phone calls, one at 5am from a company representative trying to drum up business. I do understand the caller may not even live in the same city that I live in, but the call was on behalf of Cardinal Roofing. A 5am phone call is totally ridiculous!!!!

My cement tile roof was installed in 2013 and 7 years later discovered a leak in my garage....Cardinal Roofing does not stand by their workmanship....my insurance company informed me that a roof should last at least 20 years...would NOT recommend this company at all..stay away
