Pasat originally replaced my roof in February 2021, and on the morning of March 16, 2026, I noticed a leak that appeared to be coming from the roof. I contacted their office and spoke with Livia, who was incredibly responsive and professional. She immediately took my information and within 10 minutes confirmed that a team was on the way to my home. Despite a small delay finding the correct gate entrance to my community, the crew quickly adjusted and arrived shortly after. From the moment they stepped in, they were courteous, respectful, and highly professional. I showed them the issue inside, and they went straight to work on the roof to identify the problem. What impressed me most was their thoroughness and determination. They didn’t rush the process — they carefully tested the area using a water hose for an extended period until they were able to pinpoint the exact source of the leak. After about 45 minutes of testing, they identified that the issue was coming from the goose neck vents. Without hesitation, they got to work and replaced both goose necks efficiently. After the job was completed, I contacted Livia to request the invoice, fully expecting to be charged since the roof was installed five years ago. To my surprise, she informed me that the repairs were covered under warranty. That level of integrity and commitment is rare today — Pasat truly stands by their word. We first dealt with Mr. Pasat the father and then Costinel the son and always received quality Service and repairs. When it was time to replace my roof, I once again turned to Pasat Roofing. They were able to complete the job ahead of schedule while other Roofers in the area were weeks behind waiting for supplies such as the foam used to attach the tiles. We just used Pasat to replace the roof and gutters at our home. It was a big job and they did it professionally and on time. They were super easy to work with and did what they said they would do. We would definitely use them again, but probably won’t need to unless we move – our house looks brand new now! We recommend them highly.
