For nearly two years, I experienced leak after leak after leak, despite countless attempts to “fix” the problem. By that point, not only had I reached my limit, but so had my wood floors, ceilings, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. From the very first phone call late in the evening on August 22nd, I knew I was finally in good hands. Even though the office was technically closed, Wendy answered the phone with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. You could truly hear the smile in her voice. She immediately reassured me that her team would take care of everything properly and quickly. Wendy promised Jordan would contact me the very next day and assured me they would prioritize getting me on the schedule as soon as possible. Sure enough, thanks to Donna on the daytime shift, everything moved forward exactly as promised. Where do I even begin...first off, I have lots of experience with contractors from building a custom home to updating every home we've ever owned. By far, Paul Bange is the absolute best I've ever dealt with. Matt who sold us the roof, answered all of my calls from beginning to end. When they said they were going to be at my house, they were there. The crews were so clean (I'm meticulous!). If I had any questions I called the main number and talked to a very kind woman in production who gave me updates. The process was so smooth! Great price. No surprises. I'd recommend them over and over again. And I cannot thank them enough for making the process of getting a new roof seamless and painless. The best part, my new roof is gorgeous!
