Dale Webb Roofing

I haven't had the pleasure to use Dale Webb roofing for my new roof yet. However I have been into their office many times every time I go there I get greeted with a smile. Michael is also amazing great personalities someone that you can know like and trust very easy. When I need a new roof I will certainly use Dale Webb roofing!

Contractor has no care for protecting neighboring property while working nor quality workmanship. The nails pictured were removed during demo on my neighbors house and LEAF BLOWN directly on the my property 2 days in a row. (Picture from day 1 only). They could have prevented 80% of the nails from the demo from falling off the roof had they properly used a magnet roller. Not to mention had they used a tarp properly. I asked them to run a magnet & lay a tarp to collect the debris at least. They then did so after I had to clean up the first round. I shouldn’t have to ask them to do their job properly. I asked them to please clean up after they complete the job including using a magnet and they said they would but they left without doing so and found more nails in my yard today. Unprofessional. Also watched them install new nails with too high pressure blowing through the new shingles which will result in them blowing off in storms more easily…buyer beware. They are not doing proper installation. No supervisor from the company on site to check work other than the actual sub contracted laborers. Subs were not properly equipped with a large magnet, they only had a small hand magnet not proper for the application for large sf coverage. For the cost of the roof you can afford to supply your crews with the proper tools to ensure the majority of the nails are being picked up rather than leaf blowing them off the roof onto the neighbors yard. Someone can be running a magnet while the guys are removing nails to prevent them from falling off the roof onto the ground where it’s harder to pickup in thick grass. Should be more involved on your job sites to correct these issues while or before it happens.

Just a little over a year ago Mike came out to my house to fix a leak. Mike showed me how the previous roofer had put the nails in the wrong location and showed me what was causing the leak. He then made a repair to stop the leak, which worked great for over a year. Then I noticed another minor leak in close proximity to the last leak. I called Mike again and he was very responsive and exactly on-time. Again it was the same problem which he took care of. I then asked him to check the age of my roof and give me a quote, which he did. The age of the roof was over 16 years old and since I really like Mike, but I don't want to see him on a regular basis I decided to have his team replace my roof. His guys arrived right on-time as promised and did a fantastic job. If you need a roof and don't want to be one of those stories on the six o'clock news where you wait forever and never get a roof. Call Dale Webb Roofing, these guys are GREAT!!

Beautiful job. They cleaned up and took such good care of my property. Many compliments on the roof. Mike oversees the job. Is an upstanding guy. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I called Dale Webb roofing to get a quote on replacing a roof on a house we were selling. Mike from Dale Webb roofing came out and said we only need some small repairs done but to sell our house we didn’t have a choice so we had Mike and his crew replace the roof which looks amazing. I will call this company if we need anything done with our roof from small repairs to replacing the shingles they will have our business and I will totally recommend Dale Webb roofing.
