If you are thinking of hiring these guys....be PREPARED to get very fast careless work from the group of guys they send. Like a tornado!! Throwing materials around and stomping ON TOP of anything AROUND the house on the ground. ALSO, I didn't remember seeing, trampled plants, my solar garden lights stepped on and broken, a damaged front screen door, AND big cracks in my ceiling.... in the fine print of the paperwork I signed, that was included from doing this Very Expensive.... "High Quality" job🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Not to mention LARGE NAILS left in my driveway!! Just a warning ⚠️ They ONLY tell you to clear YOUR DRIVEWAY, NOT just the driveway AND EVERYTHING AROUND the house or else it is fair game for the workers to destroy 💯🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. So much for leaving a property the SAME WAY it looked before they stepped foot on the job...not just a new roof....you also get an aftermath of damage AND repairs from the job!!! I was told I didn't have to be home, but Thank God I WAS! They probably would have left without addressing ANY of it, if I hadn't seen and heard that, plus get upset and have to clean up the inside of the house of debris from the banging and NEW cracks in my ceiling!! Another thing, was told would be a 6-8 week wait after signing paperwork. 12 weeks later......they finally got to me, after not hearing a word from them unless you repeatedly call to find out when after 9 weeks will they get to me OR at Least to get some kind of an update, so don't be in a hurry for them to start anything!(Don't worry , when you're number comes up, THEY will be the ONLY ONES in any kind of hurry on the DAY OF WORK💯🤷‍♀️. I personally would definitely NOT use them ever again OR recommend. Not after seeing they WAY they operate!! AND the damage they caused that has to be repaired now 💯. Extremely interested in seeing the final invoice compared to the price quote we agreed upon after this fiasco.... UPDATE: after patch fixing everything they destroyed or damaged,( with an unmarked vehicle with NO company name anywhere), my final bill was INCREASED by $5000!!!! Then a after an embarrassing LAUNDRY LIST of carelessessness, mistakes and the trauma this has caused me....a little $500 "discount" is ALL that was offered to me to own up to it, is NOT enough !!! Gee, Thanks 🙄. Then proceeded to ask me to take down this post!!!!! 🤔No wonder why the LAST review was 8 months ago!!!! Sorry, but people need to know exactly what they are signing up for!!💯(That was MY only mistake, as being a New Homeowner) This post will remain 🤷‍♀️💯....the job that leaves gifts that keep ON GIVING 🤦‍♀️ found shards of metal in my yard today and a spoon last week left by them!!! Dangerous and careless after swearing up and down they went around everything with a magnet 🧲 before leaving the job upon "completion". Plus, thanks for the rainy weather, still noticed that a leak behind my wall is still happening AFTER "Complete roof replacement" the owner wants to take NO RESPONSIBILITY. Unbelievable 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

We’re so impressed! We called Luviano Roofing this morning….they said it would be a couple of days before they would be out. Then shortly afterwards they called and said they were in the area and would be by shortly. A knowledgeable and personable young man came out and advised us. He would not accept any money for the consult! Truly refreshing to know there are qualified honest professionals in Okeechobee! We will definitely call on them again when needed!

Luviano Roofing just completed our home roof and I am impressed! He has great pricing and is very kind! His crew was able to get our roof done quickly and safe! The quality is amazing! I especially liked that the owner was on the job site to make sure the quality of the roof was perfect. His team made sure to be cautious of their materials as well. They secured my property so that my a/c unit, water pump, etc. were not damaged. They also made sure to pick up excess nails- which I really appreciated because I have two small children that play outside in the yard. They were very respectful. If we had to get our roof done again, I would definitely choose Luviano Roofing. Definitely recommend!

Only roofing company that returned my phone call. Inspection and repair done within 3 days of initial contact. Highly professional and courteous employees. Cleaned up after job was completed. Showed me where the leak was. I highly recommended Luviano Roofing to anyone that needs a roof repaired or replaced.
