Colonial replaced the tile roof on our home in Pelican Preserve in December, 2025. Their price was excellent and we were very pleased with their professional approach from the quoting all the way through to the finish. They work with different teams for the various steps involved in the project and project management was excellent. All their folks are really very pleasant and excellent to work with. I recommend them very highly.

After our tile roof was destroyed in Hurricane Ian I knew exactly who to call. Now thanks to everyone at Colonial Roofing we have a new, beautiful metal roof. Used them for our HOA's annual roof inspections. They document everything with photos and give us reports we can actually present at board meetings. Signed up for their maintenance program after the first inspection caught a drainage issue we never would have noticed until it became a much bigger problem. The Roof-a-Cide treatment they recommended has kept our tile looking good without the wear from pressure washing every year.
