I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Taylor for assistance with some skin issues I have been dealing with. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness and stunning decor. The soothing atmosphere instantly put me at ease and helped create a serene environment for my consultation. The receptionist at Dr. Taylor's office was not only kind and attentive but also incredibly helpful. They efficiently guided me through the check-in process, ensuring that I felt valued as a patient. Their warm demeanor set a positive tone for the appointment and made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. When I met with Dr. Taylor his years of experience in the field of dermatology were evident as he listened attentively to my concerns and provided me with valuable advice. His understanding of skin issues was comprehensive, and he took the time to explain the underlying causes and various treatment options available to me. Moreover, Dr. Taylor's prescription was tailored specifically to address my needs. His attention to detail and understanding of my individual situation reassured me that I was in capable hands. His thoroughness in explaining the medication and its anticipated effects helped me feel confident in moving forward with the treatment plan. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Taylor for anyone seeking dermatology assistance. His professionalism, knowledge, and expertise make him an exceptional choice for resolving skin issues. On top of that, the office's beautiful and clean environment, coupled with the attentive receptionist to ensure a pleasant experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a dermatologist who genuinely cares about their patients and provides top-notch care, Dr. Taylor is the ideal choice.

I recently visited Dr. Thomas M Taylor for a procedure and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout the appointment I felt that my questions were met with condescension rather than understanding. He repeatedly asked my age which made me feel belittled especially when I was simply trying to understand the procedure. Additionally, when I inquired about certain topical treatments, the response was dismissive. The doctor made a culturally insensitive comment regarding my ethnicity which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Although I proceeded with the procedure due to the examination fee, I left feeling disrespected. I hope the doctor takes this feedback seriously as other patients have had similar issues and works on improving his patient interactions. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone based on my experience.

From the start, the appointment felt rushed. The doctor did not take the time to fully listen to my concerns or explain my condition in a way that made sense. I left feeling bothered What bothered me most was the lack of compassion and bedside manner. Seeing a dermatologist can already feel vulnerable, and I expected at least basic empathy and professionalism. Instead, the interaction felt cold and impersonal. I also didn’t like the fact his assistant was in the office during my appointment I was not made aware prior to the start of the appointment which made me more uncomfortable I understand doctors are busy, but patients deserve to feel respected and taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this provider to others. In search for a caring , respectable Dermatologist.

My wife went to this office because she had a rash on her hand that was bothering her. She is Hispanic and when the Doctor came in to see her, he starting asking her questions about where she was from and ICE and how she feels about possibly being deported. My wife told me when she arrived home and was upset about the way she was treated. I am ashamed I even recommended to her to go to this doctor. To be spoken to that way was rude and disrespectful to her. I hope others see this and chose a different office. Get some class Dr.Thomas.

I'm so grateful for Dr. Taylor. He identified my skin issue at the first appointment and resolved it by the second. His team is amazing! I’m truly thankful I found him — the 45-minute drive was absolutely worth it. Thank you!
