I highly recommend J&M Roofing as they exceeded all expectations. Garrett Dunlap was always quick to return calls and consistently followed through on everything throughout the long process of working with our insurance carrier. He provided multiple different shingle options, was knowledgeable on how the shingles impacted insurance premium and was patient with us as we waffled back and forth on color. Once the roof was replaced, he was also quick to address my questions related to the installation. It was a rare find to work with a contractor that was reliable before and after the sale. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Randy at J&M was simply amazing to work with. Over the last few years anytime we had a roof question/estimate needed he quickly came out and was straight forward, honest and no bs gimmicks like most companies. We initially called them when we had roof damage, but the insurance company had denied the repairs. So after a couple of years we were finally in the position to get the roof done, and he was right there responding to our inquiry within minutes. Friendly, reliable, easy to work with and professional. I am not one for recommendations, but I have already been recommending this company (specifically Randy) to multiple people already! My salesman, Randy, was easy to deal with. The owner himself called me personally to say he'll make sure I'm completely satisfied. AND they swapped out a tempered glass skylight with an impact resistant skylight for free. That said, there's a couple things I could complain about, like crooked ridge shingles (I'll include a pic in case I'm just nitpicking), etc. But all-in-all I would recommend J&M *if* they are not ridiculously busy because a storm recently ravaged the area. If you do call, ask for Randy, he's a great guy to deal with. *edit* One of the owners was out to my house less than an hour after I called for a 4 year old roofing job. Simply amazing customer support. If you are looking for a roofing company, your search is over. Give this company a call.

I rarely post like this, however, buyer beware. J&M roofed our home in 2021. One portion of our home is a flat roof and it has been leaking since 2022 when we have hard rains. We are in Florida; we have hard rains all the time! When it first began to leak we tried to fix it but decided to call them. They came out and “fixed” the leaks. However, it continued to leak. After three years of fighting it, we finally contacted the company again and they sent Bill out to inspect it and he confirmed that the roof had failed and informed us the owner had to come inspect it before they could do anything to replace the roof and that we had to wait for the hurricane season to pass. So we waited. In December we began calling and asked for the owner. Each time we called we were told they would give him a message to call us. After 2 months our calls have gone from every other week, to weekly, to 3 times a week. Our last call was still cordial and we asked that he would simply do us the courtesy of calling and having a conversation. Still, he has neglected to call us. Do not use this company! If you have a problem afterwards, you will be left high and dry! They do not stand behind their work!

Purchasing an older home is a chance, but it was just what I was looking for. The disclosures were positive, so took the chance. Shortly after moving in, the roof started leaking (pouring). There was no question it needed a new on and now! What were my priorities when looking for the right roofing services? After all, this will be expensive and a lifetime investment. Asking neighbors then reviews help narrow the 'inexpensive' and quality companies. I invited my top 3 choices to provide a proposal. What stuck true was J&M Roofing Services honest approach and customer care. Randy Cole, project manager, did a walk-around explaining the 'what's' and 'whys' with options. The other 2 did a brief walk around and came in slightly lower with little discussion on what happens if ..... I choose J&M Roofing knowing I will get what promised. Job time: J&M crew was considerate in every way, assuring they were as unobtrusive as possible cleaning the site and keeping me informed every step. They came within the range of estimates for time and budget. There was no doubt passing inspections. J&MRoofing Services is worth every penny. You will be confident your roof will last a lifetime.
