Good will runs out fast when things start crashing down in the middle of the night and large jobs paid for 95-100% are left unfinished months later. Not a single part of the project was completed and/or without major defects. Doors popping off the hinges because incorrect hardware was used. External french doors installed with half inch screws. Towels racks installed with cheap plastic anchors and crash under weight of towels. Kitchen hood crashed down in the middle of the night exposing a huge unsealed hole around the vent into the attic. Everything vents directly into the attic. Multiple requests to install attic vents were ignored. Sinks not attached to the wall and moving as much as an inch from the wall. Not a single sink was caulked at the wall. Some of the trim left unpainted and not caulked around. Gaping holes left in the walls where pipes come out, pipes not secured to the studs and move around freely. Gaping holes in siding. Nail holes not caulked. Siding is buckled in places. Light switches with poor contact, the lights do not stay on. Fridge "installed" with old clogged icemaker line, got black ice in the new fridge as a result. All external plumbing was supposed to have been replaced. Open and unsecured junction boxes in the attic. The gate could be barely moved and does not close, hits the posts. The fence is 6ft short on one side and 1ft short on the other. The best part - NONE of these issues are the contractor's fault! It is the bad plumbers, the bad framers or "regular installation". Messages about failed installations are ignored for weeks and whatever "fixes" are made are not complete.
