SC Signature Construction Marine Division exceeded my expectations building a new dock for me! From the on site estimate with Janine, to the build with Sonny and his team, this was absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Communication, knowledge, experience, scheduling and attention to detail was all fantastic. They showed up on time (earlier than expected actually), cleaned up behind themselves everyday and finished fast. Absolutely amazing! For anyone that is still trying to rebuild from a hurricane or if you just need a new dock, I highly recommend reaching out to them. The only issues I had were my own and I am pointing them out in case anyone else has the same tunnel vision I did. Think past the dock itself and talk to them ahead of time about what extras you may need. Railings, dock caps, cleats, etc. They were on my estimate and I was just so focused on the dock that I disregarded their suggestions stupidly. I have never had a dock built so you don’t know what you don’t know, but they do! Now I am kicking myself because I have to wait for materials and scheduling so they can do it for me. Again, this is completely on me, not them. I am definitely having them come back to do these things so that I have high quality marine grade items that will last and look as amazing as the dock they built for me. Highly recommend!

The craftsmanship was exceptional; every seam, trim, and panel was installed with precision, and the final result looks incredible. On top of all that, their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work delivered. SC Signature Construction exceeded every expectation I had. It’s rare to find a company that combines integrity, skill, and genuine customer care the way they do. The new roofs not only look amazing but will last for decades.

S C Signature Construction just finished my roof and did it for less than the quote and faster than they promised. Great communication. I have never worked with a more honest company. I wish that i could give them 10 stars!

I had my bathroom and kitchen remodeled by S C Signature Construction. This was a great experience. Every person was so professional and helpful. The bathroom was updated to become a roll-in shower! It came out so perfect and beautiful. My kitchen came out beautiful. Everything was done exactly like we wanted it. Please consider them for any of your home needs/remodel.
