I would not recommend this roofing contractor based on my experience. We purchased a home that had that received a roof replacement completed by this company, only to discover multiple installation issues that should never have occurred on a new roof. A roof is one of the most important components of a home, and homeowners should be able to trust that a newly installed roof will protect their investment. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I expected professional craftsmanship and a quality finished product, but instead found deficiencies that required additional time, expense, and stress to address. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering this contractor to thoroughly inspect their work and obtain an independent evaluation before signing off on a completed project.
Good roofing company. Rick was an excellent representative. He gave us a status and work to be completed every day so we were well informed. He also went over any issues that occurred during the work. The workers were conscious and cleaned up every day and did an excellent job on our new roof. We highly recommend Onshore Roofing for future work.
I have had the distinct pleasure of having Carl and Onshore Roofing for my roof replacement. He is a gentleman, easily to work with and utilizes his vast knowledge of the roofing industry to make the process as seem less as can be. He always is in contact with me in every step of the process to include the removal and installation of my solar panels. Excellent company. They did my roof in 4 days. Also my neighbour's were impressed on how clean and professionally the work was done. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbour's. A job well done. The owner Joe K. Was to the point with the price and Rick the supervisor was thoroughly checking that there was no nails left on the property.
