The process with Breakwater was very easy. They were quick to respond from the sales stage all the way though construction. Chip was always quick to respond and get the right person out to help complete the project. Our decision to use breakwater over other builders was their reputation and if we had questions or concerns they would be addressed and responded to quickly. We are about a month done with the pool and it has been as we have expected. Thank you Sarah, Chip, Avery and Ben for creating a great backyard for us!

Breakwater did a fantastic job creating our backyard oasis at our new home! We highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool build. They were easy to work with from start to finish. Chelsea was wonderful during the design phase, and Steve, the site manager, along with his crew, did a great job overseeing the build. Ben was also incredibly helpful in getting our pool up and running, smoothly transitioning it from chlorine to salt and ensuring we could handle our pool on our own. I would recommend Breakwater for your pool build. We had a great experience working with Chelsey on the design and contracting early in the process. We had 3 estimates and Breakwater was not the cheapest but was by far the more responsive and easy to deal with. It was our interaction with Chelsey that sealed the deal for us. Once the build started we worked closely with Chip to oversee the build. Chip had great communication and always followed through on what he said was going to happen. There were some bumps in the road but Chip was always there to take care of them and move the process forward. All of the Breakwater employees and subcontractors were great to work with. Thanks to Chip for helping us through the process and being so responsive.

Breakwater was quite simply amazing. We anticipated we would want to go with them for our project due to all their 5 star reviews and so many seeming highly satisfied customers. Sara, our sales and design consultant, was a pleasure to meet and work with. She provided a quote that was fair and comprehensive and we were excited we were able to select them out of a few other companies as our PB. We went back and forth on a few details about our project and Sara and Joe, the owner, strategically and supportively guided through several key decisions. Joe gave us several hours of his time one on one which helped tremendously. Chip, our project manager, was phenomenal. His attention to detail, efficiency, and dedication to us as Breakwater customers was of the highest level. He treated our project as if it were his own. Our project had a few unique details including using 100 year old brick for a raised wall feature. Chip knew when to provide intense and close oversight so that sensitive phases of the project came out just as we had envisioned. And last but not least, from the day they broke ground to the day we started filling was exactly 2 months. On timeline they definitely under promised and over delivered - we are thrilled. Breakwater nailed our vision with quality, precision, and speed which resulted in us truly getting the pool of our dreams. We greatly appreciate the breakwater team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in their home.

We LOVE our Breakwater pool! Jared and Caleb were above and beyond what I expected from project managers. They communicated ahead of time on next day plans. They were very personable and thoughtful even when it came to our neighbors. Any question or issue I had, Jared, Caleb or Ben were quick to respond/fix. Sara designed the pool just as I wanted and watching it all come to life was amazing. As expected with all projects, things got set back with rain or contractors slightly but the way they moved things around to still complete in just over 2 months was really impressive!
