Exceptional roofing service! Easy to get an estimate and set up appointment to replace our roof. Reasonable prices. Very professional service from the whole crew. Great communication at when they would arrive and if any delays due to weather. Very careful with taking care of our yard and covered the grass with plywood to keep trucks from ruining the lawn. After the job was finished, they even cleaned up any trash in the yard as much as possible. Would highly recommend this company!
It’s been over a year since J&M replaced the roof on my house, and the roof has held up excellently. No leaks, no signs of failure. More neighbors have gotten their roofs replaced by other companies, and all I hear are nightmares and struggles, with some roofing contractors taking months to get a job done. J&M finished my roof in TWO DAYS, and did so with zero mess. I cannot recommend them enough!
Had Jim and his crew work on my home several times the last year both for new and warranty work and the quality of work has been great except DO NOT EXPECT A CALL BACK FOR WARRANTY WORK. My roof has been leaking for months and the few times I was able to reach Him I was promised a resolution or a call back the next day and weeks go by without a single call back or return of texts. You try to be patient and fair and this is what you get because we all know there's no money in warranty work therefore you are last on the list. Maybe now I'll receive a call back and the work I've been promised will actually get done. Very disappointing
In the process of having a roof installed and it has not been a very smooth process. Has taken 10 months and my roof still not installed. Tried to substitute steel for aluminum tiles ordered and now wanting me to pay for one half of the wrong tiles. Quoted the wrong plywood thickness and now what 50 % more for a full roof of plywood. Just not what I signed up for.
We had a very good experience so far. We took in a number of roofing bids and they were very reasonable along with working well with us to get us informed. Demo was quick and they cleaned up well. Roof looks good and overall we are pleased and awaiting inspection in less than three weeks from agreeing to their bid.
