I have worked with Barber Klein on many different projects and have had a great experience with every one of them. From the professionalism to the timely updates and commitment to project deadlines far surpasses many of the contractors that I've worked with in the past. I highly recommend this company and look foward to contracting them again.
Very unprofessional builder. So many mistakes on our home that we had to pay out of packet for. Shady practices and won't pay off the remaining invoice balances for the project. For residential do not use this builder. They will not be around and will not stand behind their contract or subs. It also took over 2 years to build our house. Original contract date and deposit in October of 2021 and it is still not 100 percent complete, but we did finally get the CO a few weeks ago So update... Nothing has been fixed. More problems have come up, such as outlets that don't work because no wires where ever run to them and builders response was too bad not my problem so left with non usable outlets. Also paint from painters (cost of over 30k) peeling and bubbling most likely do to bad prep and still non working master shower even though we paid builder around $1800 additional to install rain shower. He says not his problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANYONE AFFILIATE WITH THEM. Message me for detailed reviews along with messages from owner if in doubt
