I cannot say enough good things about Taylor roofing. From the quote to the install they were on it. Very professional, you can tell they care about their work and their customers. They cleaned up as they went and made sure all hedges were protected while they worked. It was a huge job but they were in and out in 2 1/2 days. Very impressive. I was out of town for the install but they were great about sending pictures. I was very pleased when I got home.Taylor roofing is top notch.

We had an amazing experience with this roofing company. Ricky Binet was great to work with—very honest, straightforward, and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What impressed us the most was how quickly everything was done. Our roof was completed within a week of starting the process, and the entire installation was finished in just one day. The cleanup afterward was excellent as well—you could hardly tell they had been there. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done.

We recently had our roof done by Ricky Binet from Taylor Roofing. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the beginning, Ricky’s professionalism and attention to detail stood out to me. What impressed me most was how responsible and trustworthy Ricky was throughout the entire process. Even when I wasn’t able to be there in person to monitor the work, he handled everything seamlessly and with great care. Ricky’s communication was excellent the entire time. He kept me informed during every stage, answering questions and providing updates so I felt confident that things were progressing smoothly. It is rare to find someone like Ricky that combines such a strong workmanship with clear and thoughtful communication.

Aaron was great!!! He walked me through step by step from beginning to end. This was my first time buying a roof, so I had a lot of questions. He answered every question and explained the process to me to ensure I understood everything. He did what he said he was going to do and they showed up exactly when he said they would. I highly recommend Taylor's Roofing. It was a pleasure working with them. My new roof looks amazing!!!

UPDATE: company said they would contact me after this review but never did, months later. I am leaving this review with the hopes future potential customers will choose to avoid the costly mistake of using Taylor’s Roofing. I reached out to my new homebuilder, Dr Horton in February about my entryway falling apart and what I believed was a roofing issue. I received no response and eventually bought in another company to assess the roof. They informed me it was a $3700 workmanship issue that led to the leakage and a nail was also left carelessly in my roof, leading to additional leaking. If not addressed by the builder, I was informed my entryway would eventually collapse. I had the hole temporarily sealed. I later learned Taylor’s Roofing was used by Dr Horton to build my roof in 2023. Photos of this assessment below. Dr Horton agreed to eventually fix this. I was told Taylor’s Roofing would contact me to schedule an appointment. Taylor Roofing never reached out but instead went to my home and got on my roof to assess the damage without my knowledge. They then reported to Dr Horton that there was no damage-referencing the very temporary seal to a serious $3700 problem. An absurd finding and quite frankly, done by way of trespassing. Dr Horton acknowledged, as the homeowner I should have been contacted before anyone got on my roof. Both Dr Horton and Taylor’s Roofing refused to fix the quoted $3700 in damage due to Taylor’s poor workmanship, saying the warranty is up but a roof is meant to last longer than 2 years and poor workmanship is just that, no matter how much time has passed. There are plenty of reputable and exceptional roofing companies in Polk County that will ensure your roof is built to last. Please find another one.
