Top Seal is an excellent choice. These guys were absolutely amazing. They did a great job and made sure to clean up and leave everything as they found it. We were very happy with the results. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to someone needing a roof.

First, let me state that the quality of the roof they installed appears to be excellent. The problems I have with Top Seal are the lack of professionalism and poor communication. My roof project began on 4/24/20. At the time, I clearly explained to Ron that obtaining a new wind mitigation certificate (to lower my homeowners insurance) was an extremely important aspect of the project. I was initially told the project would take about 2-3 weeks to complete; however, due to rainy days, we got off to a slow start. I expected that I would get a text or call when a crew was coming out to work, but that rarely happened. In almost all cases, people just showed up and then disappeared. The crew were careless about how they treated my property, trampling my landscaping and failing to properly clean up after demo (causing a roofing nail to find its way into my car tire). My master bedroom has an exposed beam ceiling, and on the day they removed it, I got no warning. The roof was removed, opening my bedroom to the elements and scattering dirt and debris all over the room. On another day, one of the workers broke a spindle off my bronze iron fencing and attempted to reattach it with white caulking. No, I'm not kidding. The gutters were attached without the use of a level and had to be removed and reattached. The gutter spouts were mismatched and had to be corrected. And the underside of my carport roof was left unfinished, again causing a call-back to correct. Ron did his best to address all of the issues and ended up knocking some money off the price as compensation, which was fair. After all the mishaps, my roof was finally finished on July 8. Now here I am on Dec. 28, still without everything I need to get an insurance discount for the new roof. Ron did provide a wind mitigation certificate, which was not properly completed and had to be corrected twice. The insurance company also requires photos, which I have asked Ron to provide on at least 5 separate occasions. It's about a 50/50 chance that any given text to him will get a response, and the last two are unanswered. Based on other reviews, it seems Ron's brother Carlos helps him with the company, so I am hoping this review prompts a call and resolution of the photo issue. Ron is a nice man, but has really poor follow-up.

I must confessed I'm always skeptical when it comes to booking estimates or hiring a firm to perform repairs on my properties. Unfortunately in South Florida some contractors play the role of sharks very well and deliver poor results/repairs. When I stumbled upon TOP SEAL all my concerns and objections were met with excellent customer service, performance, repairs, and an AMAZING WARRANTY COVERANGE!(applied it once, and their word was honored). Carlos and his brother, and staff will make you feel like family. I've had the pleasure to work with them on two different occasions with two different complex roof leaks and the results were on point. Reasonable prices, very punctual, always answers the phone, and the warranty really backs their work. Please give them a try you wont be disappointed and your money will be well invested!!!

Exceptional service. Key factors for rating: large number of workers all well trained and organized. Several other roof companies were working in neighborhood at the time with very few employees on site. Never had issues with nails on the ground, cleanliness was always impeccable, knowledgeable professionals in leadership roles to address questions or concerns. The completion was timely and of the high quality and at a reasonable and competitive price. Ronald the owner was easy to reach and totally accessible. We remain completely satisfied and recommend them to other prospective clients.
