One of the least competent construction companies I’ve ever seen. They’ve spent over 3 years doing concrete remediation on my building on Miami Beach and used every excuse in the book as to why it’s taking so long. A nearby 50+ story building is going to be built and completed before they finish even though these clowns had a 2 year head-start. Looking for a quick, quality project to be completed? Keep looking.
This company started working in my building in North Bay Village for Concrete remediation on the balconies in June 2019. We are at the end of December and our balconies remain closed, blue film on all the windows for over 6 months, trash all over the balconies... the workers are the slowest workers I have ever seen in my life. Every time I would go downstairs to throw away the trash or get my car I would see them laying around, you wouldn’t hear them working for large parts of the day. The project for my side of the building was supposed to last 4 months, and it’s been over 6 months and they are nowhere near done. Meanwhile the Benihana right in front of my building which I can see from my balcony was torn down and rebuilt entirely during this time. They demolished the entire structure in July 2019 and will be open to the public in January 2020. How can an entiere building be demolished and rebuilt in less time than the concrete repairs on balconies for only one side of the building? Once my side of the building is done construction will continue on the other side of the building. This company is terrible.
A very great experience and problem solved using injection grout for remediation of an existing seawall. The gentleman in the bright yellow shirt was very helpful and informative though the duration our project.
