I would highly recommend J & M Roofing Services, Inc for any roofing issues you may have. I had to get my whole roof replaced company was referred by my neighbors and I tell you I am so glad I called them. My Representative Charla Curtis was the best very knowledgeable knows her stuff. She took her time sat down with me and explained the whole process. She always answered my calls when I had questions from the beginning to the end. Beware! Don't get these guys confused with the other Jacksonville area J&M roofing companies. This company does not stand by it's warranty. Apparently, after an area is saturated with new roofs, they stop servicing the area and refuse to honor their 5 year warranty and promise from Mike the owner. He won't even acknowledge emails. Don't get this company to replace your roof if you want the warranty. All I had was dhingle thst wad lifting thst I wanted them to come out and address. Was given the run around for 6 weeks then told they no longer service my area. My roof is only 4 yeass old.
Chris & his crew worked very hard. They were here on time. Cleaned up yard. I love our new roof. Crew very professional.

amazing company they do an outstanding work. I love my new beautiful roof. harry did very good job to keep me inform on what's going on. even after the roof was put on. they called me on the next storm we had here to make sure the roof was holding up like it should. the installer took great care to not damage my home while working. the management keep everything on schedule beautifully. I recommend if you need a new roof or repair go with J & M. they do awesome job and provide guarantees and warranties on their work for a very long time. they are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
