We had an extremely positive experience working with Stormforce, in particular, working with Leo Pernas. From the beginning of working with him on our first inspection, to him personally assisting us with issues with our insurance company responding to our legitimate storm damage claim, to working with us with issues with our mortgage company handling the funds, the installation of the new roof, and even helping us repair our detached pool-house roof with extra materials. I cannot say enough good things about StormForce and this company. Even my next door neighbor is working with Leo after other companies because of the excellent customer service. Yes, I will refer StormForce and Leo to anyone we know because everyone deserves this level of support, quality, and customer service today. Finding a company that works this hard to satisfy the needs of homeowners is extremely rare, and it should be advertised. Leo, if you are reading this, please know that you made a difference, and we are extremely grateful. Our home looks AMAZING, the quality of work is very good and clean. Wonderful experience all the way around! Would give them 10 stars if I could. Jacob and his entire team are true professionals, and they do amazing work! Jacob worked with me on selecting the best product for my roof, and even helped with picking the right colors. They are the most efficient contractor I have ever worked with, and they made sure to send enough guys to get my whole job done in 1 day- my whole street was impressed! They did a great job cleaning up too- I didn’t find 1 single nail on the ground. I would highly recommend these guys!
My experience with StormForce was great from start to finish. Sales consultant Rob helped me navigate throughout the whole process. Jacob, in production dept.contacted me & made it easy to schedule material delivery & installation. The Site Foreman Abel communicated with me as the roof installation occurred. All of the workers during construction were hard working, thorough, and polite. My roof looks fantastic!
I'm very pleased with my roof installation from Stormforce. Colin was professional and bent over backwards to get my insurance to finally approve the replacement. He had great communication and was always on time. The contractors that installed the roof did a great job too. They finished the entire roof in just 11 hours! They were also throughou in cleaning up afterwards and going over with a large magnet for any missed nails. Highly recommend if you need your roof replaced!
Our community experienced a tornado in April of 2024. The damage was extensive, and the insurance providers were doing their best to manage costs. Stormforce came out and met with the adjuster to walk the roof and document damages caused by the wind and debris. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
