I can't say enough good things about Ray and SRQ builders. They have completed several projects now for me and friends/Customers, I've recommended them to. We had our roof replaced by SRQ building services. The team worked quickly and diligently and cleaned up after themselves. Our new roof looks great! Ray communicated every step of the way. Price was great too!

My neighbors Mike and Diane recommended SRQ Building Services after they had their new roof installed, and I'm so glad they did. On April 10, 2023 I contacted them about repairing a section of the roof that was impacted by hurricane Ian, and replacing the rest of the metal roof. I was quoted a very reasonable price to do the job. After pulling permits they started the work on April 25, by the 26th the roof had been water tight and by the 28th the metal roof had been installed and it looked great. Not being able to live in the residence because of the damage, All the Interaction with SRQ representative Ray was over Text and Email. Ray is awesome, he text me pictures throughout the build so I would have them for insurance purpose. SRQ builders professionalism is unmatched and Ray was a blessing to work with. I will be recommending them to anyone that's looking for a professional builder.
Eh...did a decent job on the roof but then on the damaged fascia covering they replaced, they installed so overlap is incorrect...lower panels fitted over upper panels allowing waterflow into facia. They said they'd fix, but then radio silence after a couple attempts. 30k+ for metal roof on 1290 sq ft home...I expected a bit more tbh as this will likely lead to faster fascia failure.
