TC Metal Roofing

I have a home with a metal roof that was installed 26 years ago. The roof has done extremely well with all of the storms that have passed through central Florida during that time. But it was time to get it inspected for potential problems. I called TC Metal Roofing and I couldn't have been happier with the help they provided!They sent out Duane to do the inspection and he was definitely the right guy. He took his time up on the roof, checked the peaks, valleys, gutters, vent "boots", and the 4,500 screws. He spent time in the attic as well looking for any water intrusion evidence as well as potential damage by rodents. My roof was overall in good shape but he found several items that needed attention. After speaking with him about the potential problem areas, I was convinced that he was not just trying to "sell" me something I didn't need. He was just putting himself in my place and letting me know what he would do if it were his home. He explained every step of the job, how long it would take, and how the steps would greatly improve the longevity of the existing roof. And how a few changes here and there would greatly reduce the chances of water intrusion during thunderstorms and hurricanes. The estimate he sent the next day was not only fair, but it was less than I expected! Duane, Neil, and Wayne showed up exactly when they said they would, worked hard and kept me informed about progress, any changes, additions, or problems. I couldn't have been more pleased. Pretty sure my roof will now out-live me (although I hope not 😁). I would HIGHLY recommend TC Roofing for any repairs you may need on your roof!! John R. Oviedo, FL

We love our new metal roof. James was so great staying in touch throughout the whole process. Each of the supervisors continued to keep us updated while the work was taking place. Plus, I really felt that all the workers took pride in their work and did an excellent job. Everyone we met and dealt with was so very nice plus didn’t mind answering any questions we had. We are so happy with our beautiful roof and have received such nice comments from our neighbors.

Having a house built during the hurricanes of 2004, the quality of craftsmanship came into question. The crew at TC Metal Roofing took care of all the substandard roof trusses and helped me in being able to afford the extensive repairs. Then, they installed this beautiful roof on my home. the quality of craftsmanship, and the willingness of the crew to stay longer hours than normal, makes this one company that should be referred to everyone that would like a metal roof. These guys did a phenomenal job installing our metal roof. It feels like our home has a layer of armor on top and looks so nice that my neighbors complemented this new look. We first met with Rob who is a genuine and honest person, helpful and never pushy. The installation crew were polite and all around awesome, I didn't get all their names but Marco and Duane who I spoke with often were super accommodating to my many questions and concerns. The detail work the entire crew did is to be commended, they didn't rush through the job and even noticed a few problems from the previous roof installation such as incorrect flashing and using the wrong nails for the decking, all of which were corrected this time. Know that there will be a waiting period for this company to start your roof (another reputable company I spoke with was also backlogged), but there's a good reason; the skilled labor shortage is real, and luckily the results for me were worth the wait.

TC Metal Roofing did a fantastic job on our reroof. Work was fast and they cleaned up well, would highly recommend. Great results and communication with the team leading the project. Marco, Isiah, and Anthony were exceptional.
