There are no words or a rating category listed here to describe the. heartache and emotional distress these people have left me in. I hired them after i did a search online and Angies List recomeneded them! They began in December 2021 to completely install a new metal screw down roof. They did not remove the old shingles or even see if the decking under the shingles was damaged (my attic has blown closed cell foam so decking was not visible in attic) I had some previous damage with water coming down the walls and into the flooring but i kept noticing it was getting worse the mold smell came and i started seeing drips and water marks where water was running in between my living room wall and garage addition that was closed but has the same roof line at the ridge - should have been a simple project -- several days into the project i noticed that the metal panels did not line up along the edge and mentioned it to Robin -- they removed it and re-aligned. This wasn't the only time the metal was re-arranged. On the back side of the house, they used old or used pieces of metal panels because they were short and had not ordered the metal correctly. I said nope -- that won't work! Another time i had rusted metal and that was blamed on a pelican or bird excretion turning the panel into that rust spot. After all this, bathroom exhaust fans and range exhaust fan were not installed. She hired someone to come after the fact and install the range hood vent -- they left an open hole in the attic which i have had to cover to keep my ac from going into the yard and bugs out. I called many times when we discovered the roof was leaking - another company came out and said the ridge cap enclosures were missing - water was blowing in and coming down. Missing screws and the metal wasn't placed correctly - flashing not done correctly. When my ceiling turned black 2 months back and water began dripping and then fell into the floor we had a real mess - climbing up into that part of the attic one could smell the mold from the water damage - -water had completely saturated the traditional insulation in this attic section and i could see the sky above because a previous older repair on the decking over time had deterioated from water damage. I could see metal and the open places around that should have been covered with underlayment and not leaking - that decking should have been replaced per the contract and clearly was not. STAY AWAY from this company. I have filed against her insurance as well as formal administrative complaint with the Florida DBPR. Total estimated damages are approxijmately close to 100K.
