I Called Universal Roof and Contracting due to multiple leaks to my 15 year old tile roof. Brian Bower came over and quickly noticed an area around my chimney as the source of the main leak. There were at least three other areas under the tile that were leaking due to fasteners an underlayment failing. The cost of a New Tile roof was a bit out of my budget. I didnt want a shingle roof due to wanting a life span similar to a tile or metal roof. I went with a Metlock Metal Roof. The cost of the Metlock roof was $20,000 less than the tile but the metal tiles were strong and each panel felt like it was made with quality. Ronald and UK Steve were my on site managers and they were nothing short of amazing. I have a pretty big property and they completed everything, including rebuilding my chimney, in three days. Thank you so much Universal, especially Ronald Brian and UK Steve.I love my new Metlock roof !!!

Universal Roof and Contracting has done a superior job repairing and replacing my 33 year old shingle roof. Every person that I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I chose Universal because they are the Orlando area Owen’s Corning Platinum Installer. The 25 year warranty and the Exclusive Loyalty Program were additional incentive to hire Universal. From the beginning, Andy Sims in sales was a patient and godly young man who worked with me for over 5 months to nail down exactly what I could expect and what I wanted from the company. The price was fairly valued for the work done and he checked in with me once the job started. Thank you Andy! Next was the project manager Brian Bauer who contacted me to walk the project and climb the roof and explain the difference between roof repair/replacement and craftsmanship and why something I wanted done, would be inferior. He explained the difference in sloping and drainage that his team would complete. As it turns out, Universal employs craftsmen who take pride in their work. 3 days before the project began, Brian brought his project supervisor, Anderson Gomez and the crew leader Edgar to climb and walk the project. I was told that Anderson was the best…. I jokingly asked him if he was the best and he said, “ they say I am”. I appreciated his humility. As the project progressed, I found out why they referred to him as the best… because he has an eye for detail and expects the crew to do the job right the first time. Every detail that I expected was surpassed! All additional work to be done was noted and explained with appropriate pricing. Additional charges were well within reason for the scope of the project. Thank you Anderson! Knowing the craftsmanship of repairs I witnessed and quality of installation that I saw, I expect a very long service life of this Owens Corning installation by Universal Roof and Contractor. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly endorse Universal and these employees particularly: Andy, Brian, Anderson and Edgar.

I bought a new-build DR Horton home. Hired an inspector. Closed. All good. Hired a gutter installer. He The told me I had “roof problems”. I was so worried. Called Universal Roof immediately. Just had my home reroofed by Universal Roof and Contracting, Mike Ramos the project manager and all the guys were excellent. They are really hard working and thorough. Completed quality work in a timely fashion. The whole process went much easier than I expected.

There are no words to describe how satisfied we are with Universal Roofing and warranty service. Brian has been incredibly professional and responsible. We call for a warranty service and he didn’t waste any time to schedule an inspection. After that, he coordinated with the contractors to complete all the necessary repairs. All was coordinated, and completed promptly. Mr Brian provided us with a report and photos describing what had occurred and the resolution. We definitely recommend the roofing company and specially Brian the production manager.
