We just move out from here because work location convenience taking with us great memories. It’s a nice and quiet place to live, everything’s near and easy access, amenities always looking great and are always in excellent conditions. The cherry on top the management team five stars Irving Flako, Jennifer, Alicia and Keresa, what a professional guys and human quality. We lived here for 4 years and had the best experience, unfortunately we had to moved for a new work location but we’re taking with us only good memories. The complex is in a great location, close to stores, markets and highways, areas were always on point, the pool area is one of the best to enjoy with friends and family but definitely the best part of all is the whole team working here!! Shout out to Jennifer, Alicia, Kerese, Flako, not only for being amazing at their job, being patience with us, being always willing to help, BUT for the love always showed to our dog Balto, always looking forward to stop by the office at the end of his walk for a lot of pets, fresh water and the most delicious treats 🐺 Thank you for everything and all the love, we are going to miss you, specially Balto 🐺❤️

Continuous leaks, mold, and poor Management. My family has lived here over a year and the only reason I give 2 stars is because of location and the property has a pool, otherwise these buildings need renovations. They've had nothing but issues with leaking pipes, ac leaks, mold, and the management has poor communication and care for their residents. Instead of having the mold removed they simply painted over it. Even the maintenance personnel disagrees with the resident treatment. They never received any compensation and now the same ac leak problems and mold. Whoever owns this complex and runs the management needs to make some changes with employment and review the resident reports. I'll personally ensure this matter is escalated with our local news and legal assistance since all matters are documented in text and photos. Did it cross your minds to offer another similar unit for this ongoing issue? I see 4 currently available and at a lower price than what they're paying. Have some common courtesy and take responsibility and care for your residents as they do paying you on time.

I love living here. I've been here since 2018. I recently began using Amenify to help with some budget stuff. Really fantastic and is great value for money and I highly suggest people to look into. Lots of different services from handyman to cleaning to shopping. Really fab.

It’s cheaper than other apartments because there are no washer,dryer(in unit) dishwasher , microwave. if your neighbors raise their voice you will hear everything. Some buildings have better views. The bathroom is inside the bedroom so it’s not comfortable for some guests to go inside someone else’s bedroom to go to the bathroom. Good things are the staff ,the view and there is no water bill ,the hot water is included (so electricity bill is low)and lot of restaurants in the area
