First I dealt with 911 Restoration Travis shook signed a contract with him that said 911 construction would do the buildout, well it’s been 3 years and it’s still not finished. The buildout crew Ricardo and his brothers drank my alcohol left the empties in my bathroom garbage, they would have me wait for hours and not show up, my shower doors they put in are too big for the space , I have had to have the kitchen sink cabinet redone changed out again since they never put the garbage disposal in correct and it leaked which ruined the new cabinet they never finished the job, i hired and paid someone else to come fix most of what was left because they wouldn’t come fix it they were paid in full by my insurance prior to stating per the contract . I called the owner and he said I only had a year to file with him, so when the job isn’t done my year shouldn’t have started. I would NEVER EVER IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT recommended this company. They disregarded me every chance they could because I am a single older woman. This whole company is a bad company to deal with . Don’t do it .
