This is my second review on Astar contractors. Eight years ago we built our new home unfortunately I didn’t hire them, but it was the general contractor. They promised the roof had 10 years of warranty and material or installation. I’ve been sending the emails, videos and photos of these pin holes that are appearing all over my roof, which have been causing damaged plywood and mold in my house. I had to get a specialist to do mold testing, which we think is causing my wife sickness . Unfortunately this company says they will come and check, but they never do so please make sure you know who you’re hiring, because they will probably not give you the warranty after several years after installation. Currently, I’m looking to get the whole roof replaced since I don’t know how many more holes we need to patch. I’m posting this photos and videos so I could possibly get their attention and have them come and fix the problems if they don’t respond or fix the problems, I will update my review again and let you guys know how it goes.
They came out quick and were reasonable.
We quote 4 different companies, none of the others had the integrity and professionalism on the negotiating terms, they were clear in what will be covered and what problems can happen but they sort them out. Mark and all his staff did a great job Keep up the good job well done
