Carlos was the only person who came to my house and met we with me in-person to discuss everything from the materials he offers and every step by step process. His crew not only showed up on time, they also took care of my property. They covered my pool with plastic so it wouldn’t get dirty from all the debris. They also covered my ac unit with wood, my garage door with wood. At the end of their working day, they cleaned everything up and made sure the property was safe to walk around. As for the work, they did an amazing job and Carlos was always ready to reply to me if I had any questions. He called me to keep me posted on what was next, so when they were done with the first phase, he told me he was waiting for inspections. He also sent me photos on the work being done. The time frame that it took was also so fast. I will tell you if you’re looking for a reliable company who does great work, trust me, call them! Carlos is now a friend and will make sure I can share my experience with anyone who is looking for a responsible roofing company. Lastly, pricing was very competitive. I got 4 other comps and he gave me better materials for the same price of my other quotes.

5 stars is not enough. We just had our shingle roof replaced with a metal roof and we could not be happier. Carlos Pulles was outstanding, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and very professional. He held our hand throughout the whole process and always picked up the phone when we called him. His team was absolutely amazing. They were very polite, courteous, and very hard-working. They came in very early in the morning, ready to work with the best attitude and when they were done in the afternoon, they were very neat, cleaned up and left the place pristine. I have not seen a contractor and crew be so neat and conscientious. At the end of the job, we received a beautiful binder with all pertaining information for the project. I’ve been a property manager for a long time and dealt with contractors In many properties and in many different scenarios. I have to say that Carlos and his team have been the best and I highly, highly recommend them.

The very first thing I will say is that I would 100% recommend this company if you need to have your roof replaced. Before meeting with Carlos Pulles, I had met with five other roofing company representatives. I found Carlos to be the most professional, thorough and Customer friendly of all the Individuals I met with About having my roof replaced. In addition, the roof replacement estimate provided by Carlos was the most most reasonable and was extremely close to what my final cost was for my roof replacement. The work done was done on a timely, professional and clearly customer centered basis. Carlos was extremely responsive to my inquiries And very informative. All of the employees working on my roof were also very professional, thorough and responsive. I’m extremely satisfied with the final product and I can’t say enough about how great this company is!
