It is not often that one has to replace a structure as important as the roof on a house. Arman, of ANC Roofing was a key player in our decision to use ANC after comparing responses and having multiple conversations with five different reputable and local roofing companies. ANC Roofing came to our home with exceptional information and a clear understanding of our needs as homeowners. They provided fast and thorough responses to all of our questions and offered the most thorough examples of workmanship and product warranty guarantees. After being selected as the roofing contractor the administrators of ANC Roofing provided excellent guidance and documentation as we went through the legislated process of reroofing in the state of Florida. ANC roofing workers completed the removal and replacement of our roof in less than two days and did a phenomenal job. The team that came, arrived prepared, they came early, they worked responsibly, respectfully responding to any and all challenges presented by the job. When finished with the replacement they did a very thorough job of cleaning up all of the debris around the house and the yard. The closing package of documents that were provided with the invoice was thoroughly assembled to show any and all changes and repairs that were needed. Detailed photographs of all repair work done were provided. Included in the final report were complete workmanship and product warranty documentation. I would recommend ANC Roofing to anyone who’s getting a quote to have a roof replaced.

Great job done. I hired ANC roofing after comparing multiple roofing companies because the owner Armand did a good presentation, brought material samples, showed examples of his work, also upgraded venting styles that no other companies offered. On top of that ANC had most competitive pricing, and warranty benefits. When work started, its fast. Workers worked hard, and kept clean. Customer service is very good, I text Armand with questions and he always return my txt msg immediately even on weekends and off office hours. Any concerns were addressed immediately without any BS excuses. I’m happy with my new roof, it looks well done.

It was so refreshing to work with such a professional team on a very important project like this. From the initial contact, to the conversations with office staff, the on-site inspection, quoting, and finally, the new roof… all went perfect. The crew set a professional tone from the get go, taking steps to protect the property during tearoff and making sure the cleanup was thorough. Watching their work throughout the day continued to instill confidence that we had chosen the right folks for our roof. You could see the entire team’s attention to detail and it was obvious they all took pride in their work. There were some unforeseen issues with a roof this old but ANC had clearly stated in our quote what would be needed if that was the case and we understood that the job needed to be done right. I would like to thank Arman and the entire ANC roofing team. I have used their company a few times over the years. As you can see in the photo, I have many valleys on the roof that have sprung a leak at one time or another. The problem is that the building codes that were put in place in 2002 still allowed tar paper as a water barrier and overtime it dries up, cracks and then leaks. ANC warranties their repairs, and true to their word, they have honored that warranty. I highly recommend ANC roofing for any repair or replacement of your roof.

Great experience overall. The team did a solid job replacing our condo roof and made the whole process easy. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean. Communication was clear the entire time and everything was completed as promised. The new roof looks great and we’re very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend.
