The company was founded in 2000 by Lloyd Constant, a US Marine Corps and US Army veteran who served for more than 15 years and attended the Marine Corps Engineering School at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Originally from the Bahamas, Lloyd built his roofing and construction experience from an early age, and today leads a team serving the Treasure Coast region and beyond. Andros holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1327225 and Florida Certified General Contractor license CGC1516095, and is a State of Florida Certified Minority Contractor. The company is certified by GAF as a Master Elite Contractor, holds Owens Corning Preferred Contractor status, is Soprema Certified, Firestone Certified, OSHA certified for asbestos abatement, and is an active member of the National Roofing Contractors Association and the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association. Andros serves the Treasure Coast, including Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, Jensen Beach, and Stuart, and historically has also completed projects in West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and Margate.

This company replaced our roof at the end of 2021. Within a few months they had to come back to fix the roof because it was leaking. Their solution was to pour tar all over making the new roof look awful. They had to do this a few times to get it to not leak. Thankfully it didn't leak any further until now. Once again we're experiencing leaks in multiple areas less than 4 years from when they replaced the roof. Once again we contacted this company to come fix the issue and they stated "they can tell other people have done work on the roof and therefore our warranty is void" They also stated "we have proof and evidence others have worked on the roof" I was very confused because we haven't had anyone else work on the roof, why would we when we have a "warranty" with this company. Repeatedly I asked for them to send me the proof that they have (they haven't provided me with anything) They have ignored my calls and texts, Finally I got a response through email stating "We will not give an estimate on this job, we are not interested in this" This company is a scam, awful customer service and even worse their work is absolutely atrocious. AVOID them at all costs unless you want your roof that you spent thousands on to continuously leak.
