Bob Hilson & Co were terrific replacing the front built-up roof on our 1926 cottage house. We have used them several times in the past to maintain the roof with Gaco silicone or repair/replace small decorative barrel tile roof sections and have always had good results. We had no leaks when we started and none when we finished but we felt a new roof down to the rafters would allow us to troubleshoot as needed and ensure the roof would remain sound well into the future. They are a great family-owned business in south Miami-Dade - very personable, respectful of our property and a pleasure to work with

The Bob Hilson & Company roofing team finished replacing our shingled roof with a Metal Roof with standing seams and full striations during July, 2025. Oil canning was not an issue. We are extremely happy with the first class finished product. Carlos, our project manager, was responsive to all of our requests and was a pleasure to work with. He even provided us with drone photos from beginning to end. Mick, the VP of the roofing company, noticed that the plywood deck was uneven in places and provided outstanding carpenters to level the roof deck prior to installing the metal panels. Awesome work!!!

We have had Hilson replacing our roofs here in our Keys Gate Condominium Association for the last few weeks and I wanted to say how clean and professional they have been.
