They were a pleasure to deal with and promptly responded to my calls or questions. Shelly was amazing in her professionalism, promptness and personality and I'm sooo glad that I chose Brad McDonald Roofing for my jobs. I was present for all 3 re-roofs at the jobsites and couldn't be happier with their installation crews. They knew what they were doing, were friendly, worked like well oiled machines even though it was in the blazing heat of Summer in Florida. They did an outstanding job on all of my roofs! Brad McDonald did a great job replacing the roof on our South Tampa house. The work was completed on time and in-budget and their crew was tidy and courteous. They worked with us on shingle color and brand. Their quote was competitive and they lived up to their commitments.

This is a company that knows how to do right by its customers. I had my roof installed through my builder and someone who put up my shutters after the roof was already done left some nail holes in my roof to secure their equipment in a few places. The builder refused to even talk to us about the issue. We were so stressed out because it was leaking and we had never dealt with this kind of thing before. With one simple call the roofing company came out and fixed it with no issues and no charge. The crew was super friendly and even did a small repair on something that they didn’t have to. It’s been such a long time since I’ve dealt with a business who genuinely cared about its customers and who don’t want to nickel and dime you every step of the way. I am extremely grateful for them during this tough time and I can’t recommend them enough. Fantastic.

As a former roofer for many years, I had Brad Mcdonald replace my entire roof and I'm very impressed with how amazing it went. Many quotes done & Brad Mcdonald was a great quote. I went with Estate Gray & Black drip edge. I had a decent amount of rotted wood & they replaced everything that was bad. Cleaned up & didn't leave any kind of mess. I contacted Brad McDonald Roofing per a recommendation from my friend who used them for her roof. The quote, which thoroughly laid out all expenses including prices for anything that went over budgeted items, also included their liability insurance, unheard of in this day and age. I was told from start to finish the timeline would be about 2 weeks. They held up their end of the deal. Workers promptly showed up on the scheduled day and worked like a well-oiled machine. Tarps were placed around the perimeter of my home to catch the debris. They did a good job cleaning up afterward. Communication and customer service was A+. Questions were answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Brad McDonald roofing. You won’t be disappointed!
