After having a Roofing Company ruin our home due to the negligence of removing too many shingles at one time and not having a tarp, IT RAINED IN OUR HOME! We had a ton of water damage. Our floors buckled immediately, there was 88-100% of moisture in multiple walls, and we had several ceilings water soaked, and brown water spots all over several ceilings. We contacted our insurance company because the owner of the roofing company REFUSED to call his, we were assigned Branamjames! From day one, Jimmy and Jennifer were a pleasure to work with. We were going through an incredibly stressful time, and had to move out of our home for 3 months for the repairs to be done. Jennifer was very helpful, easy to talk to, and informative of what was going on with our repairs. Tony and his crew packed up our furniture and relocated it to a climate controlled storage unit. They were very efficient! G-man and his crew worked quickly and efficiently and were easy to address any concerns we had during the repairs. They handled EVERYTHING! Jennifer helped me immensely with the finalizations of a deep construction clean, and touch up paint, and pack in of our furniture. The last week went picture perfect! We are so grateful to have been able to work with a reputable, family owned business to help us with our needs during a nightmare of a situation. Derek from branamjames construction did a wonderful job on my kitchen. Derek was very helpful and was always there with feedback and if we needed anything from him. If I every need to do another renovation I will definitely call them and let them do the job and I really appreciate anything they did for us. I really recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great company to go with go with them. Also thank you Derek you are the best you made my kitchen just want I wanted. I suggest that everyone who expects honesty and integrity from hired contractors stay away from this company. I will be writing a longer review soon to explain my 86 year old mother’s 14 month ordeal. In the meantime, look elsewhere.

Almost a year later and still waiting on our Florida room to be redone.  Jimmy comes out and did our estimate and told us many things he's not been able or willing to deliver on to the job started... "once we get going it will be quick"  he told me... another in a long list of inaccuracies.  Now the drywall has been ready to install for over 2 months and they will not get back to me even though they've been paid.  There's also issues with the work they've already done.  I attached some photos of the stucco and soffit issues.  Also, they don't perform any of the work themselves, they use subcontractors, which is a way for them to use the excuse "it's not my fault" or "I have no control over it", which I've heard many times.  STAY AWAY FROM BRANAMJAMES!!! UPDATE:  The day I wrote this initially, 7/7/2021, I got a phone call back from Tony at BranamJames, finally wanting to discuss finishing this job.  I gave them 2 and a half weeks, until 7/23/2021, to finish this up and they dragged their feet, didn't get back to me when they said they would, then never showed up after Tony said someone would be out on 7/20/2021.  The reason they gave me was that I had not changed this review yet, which I told them I would update as soon as the work resumed.  As I said before, STAY AWAY FROM BRANAMJAMES!!!

Great company to deal with especially the owner and Tony they are very knowledgeable and will explain everything in detail. Always ready to help and answer all my questions.
