CFS Roofing Services

CFS did a full roof replacement on our home in 2019. In 2025, we discovered that the roof had been leaking for quite some time. I had another company look at it and they found that both crickets were not done correctly and some of the tiles weren't cut correctly. This led to water pooling for long periods of time. Over time, it got worse until we started getting intrusion. We contacted CFS and they said it was just 'wear and tear'. They even tried to deny that there was an issue with the second cricket. In the end, they said the warranty was up and it was going to cost me thousands to fix the problem they created. Their "fix" was to take the estimate from another company and knock off $500. I don't feel like expecting a 6 year old roof to not leak is an unreasonable expectation and, apparently, it had been leaking for a while. While I wouldn't be happy, I'd have found it at least acceptable if CFS had offered to cover the labor. If you want good workmanship and a company that stands behind their work, skip CFS. They will give you trash work at a premium price, then expect more money to make it right.

We were accompanied during all the process by Ivan who was very knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. The crew with Yoendri and Germain was calm, quiet and very professional. The schedule was very accurate and we got the report and photos of the repairs very quickly as expected. We highly recommend the Company for any roof issues.

CFS Roofing, and in particular Ivan, were wonderful. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, communication, pricing, and the job they completed. I am selling my home, and a few needed repairs came back on my home inspection report. Ivan squeezed me in, provided me with a quote and a time estimate, all within a week. They went above and beyond to match the color of my roof tiles. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend CFS Roofing!

My daughter lives in an apartment complex where the roofs are getting done by this company. I would never hire them. They have made a mess all around here we have kids running around and they are the dirtiest roofing people I've ever seen. Nails all over. Gutters ruined and full of crap. Tape all over the field from the rolls of shingles. All in all don't hire these people. These apartments don't care who they hire One gentleman sits in a truck on the phone most of the day just doing nothing. I hope everyone takes heed to this and watch who you hire to do your roof.

My grandma wouldn’t even know how to leave a review, so I’m doing it for her. CFS Roofing in Fort Myers has been a terrible experience. The roof is leaking, communication has been poor, and she keeps getting passed from one person to another with no resolution. This is someone’s home this shouldn’t be happening. 0/10 recommend.
