I called around to several companies and had 5 different ones come out. Out of all of them Kevin was the only one who was super responsive. He went out of his way several times to go the extra mile and explain different options for my flat roof. He even dropped by samples. He quickly provided a quote and had guys working on my roof within a week of deciding to use their services. Before and after shown in the photos.

Our roof was replaced by this company in 2007. We have paperwork. Couple of days ago and for the first time in 18 years we were informed by insurance company that we do not have a permit for our roof, therefore they cannot insure us. I called Champion and emailed them, of course they never responded. That is just how they do "business". About 7 years after they replaced the roof we had a leak. We went to their office and made an app for them to come out, they NEVER did. Second time we came to their office, Christopher saw us, ran and lady at the front said that he is not there :) When I called City of Jax they stated that this company never paid for the permit and they never submitted copy of the contract. Nice work! Owner of this company at the time tried to scam us with paying more for services they did not do, so this company is the last place you want to do business with. We did not speak English well in 2007 as we do now, so they obviously realized they can scam foreigners. 2007 were different times. Now we can read reviews online and avoid companies like this one.

Champion is great if you are paying thousands for a new roof. I recently had damage to my roof from Hurricane Milton when a tree limb broke through roof into kitchen. Champion was good at coming out promptly to evaluate the roof after removal and I still had roofing tiles left over from when my roof was put on originally. The rep Dave looked at top tile and said cannot use would need to be new tile and quoted my $1500 to repair. I was okay as would work towards my insurance deductible of 2% here in Florida for hurricanes. Roof repaired but said would get back to me about breakdown as that is what insurance company wanted. I emailed and left voicemail messages asking for information several times and after more than a week the insurance company closed out my file on what it should have been which was less money. If anyone has filed an insurance claim you know that every dollar counts towards your deductible especially when on a tight budget. I resent never receiving a response from this company but I guess since not spending more money they have no further use for me. Buyer beware.

I have dealt with Kevin a few times over the past year or two regarding minor roofing repairs since our new HVAC units were installed. I knew I would need a new roof soon. Fast forward to July 15 of this year, a few heavy storms, and water was getting into our home. I called Champion roofing to call on Kevin once again. Kevin understood the urgency and worked quickly to get a crew out to my property. In only FIVE DAYS, Kevin had everything in order from permit to materials and the teams were in place making it happen. Chris, the owner came by multiple times to ensure things moved forward in a timely fashion. At the end of the second day, we were watertight once again. I'm thankful to Kevin, Chris, and the entire team from Champion roofing. Their professionalism is second to none and I HIGHLY recommend them for your roofing needs.

I am in the process of selling my home. I had a different roofing company come look at a spot that was leaking and was told it wasn't the roof it was my plumbing or hvac. I called Champion Roofing after having the plumbing and hvac looked at and it was the roof. Everyone there was wonderful! The team that came found the leak right away and were able to repair it the same day!!! Very reasonably priced too!! I will definitely call them again if I'm in need of more work at my new home!
