I needed to replace my home roof after 27 years and City Roofing took care of me. Mario and Candy the owners and their staff did a great job. They kept me informed from beginning to end as to what was happening and when. Now I have a beautiful brand new roof and I’m very happy with the end result.

They show up when they say they will; do the job they promised to do; clean up after themselves; and check in with you to make sure your completely satisfied with the job before requesting final payment. They treat you like you're a friend of the owner. I highly recommend this company.

City Roofing was very attentive to my needs and concerns. They were patient and ensured I was clear on each process of the roof work. My sales rep Joe C. Is the best. He was always available for questions and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions.My job Forman Mario was proactive and kept me up to date with each step of the roofing job and let me know what to expect. Thank you Mario. There were others I interacted with, but I forgot their names. (please forgive me). Every person that I had interactions with was friendly kind and ensured I was happy with their service. I’m sure anyone could’ve done the job, but City Roofing gave me high quality customer service. It was so refreshing and well received. City Roofing is honest professional and made me feel like my business is appreciated. I can’t recommend City Roofing enough! They originally replaced my entire roof about 13 years ago, and the quality of their work has truly stood the test of time. Recently, I had City Roofing come back out to take care of a few minor repairs and some cracked tiles and once again, they were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with professionalism and care. What really stood out is how quick, clean, and smooth the entire process was. No hassle, no mess, just a team that clearly knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both long-term quality AND consistent service years later, but City Roofing has done exactly that. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my roof. Hi miami! This company, by far, the most competent, professional, quick, roofing replacement i have had. As many nowdays deal with the greedy insurance companies. I had a perfectly sound 18 year old roof, never had a leak but the insurance went thru the roof to almost 8000 bucks. Main reason, they wanted a new roof put in. That way, they supposedly, will save money on having to replace it if it's more storm ready. Anyway, found this company, they were willing to do my half, i live in a twin home. A lot of companies tell you, while roof or nothing. The other half of my twin is owned by a tightwad investment company. Called them several times, left messages, no call back. Called a bunch of roofing companies, most said, no, whole roof or nothing. Looked up citi. Roofing. Great reviews, AND THEY DO HALF roofs. The workers, the forman,José, the proposal guy,Kevin, the office contact Anna, EVERYONE, AWESOME! You can NOT,go wrong with this company. From start to finish 3 days, with inspections, EVERYTHING! THEY took care of my property, cleaned up every day! I'd give them 10 stars if i could!
