I had a problem with a blocked gutter adjacent to my pool screen enclosure. The roof had been installed too far over the gutter and prevented debris removal causing a major blockage. Ginger and William cut back that section enough to allow proper flow through the gutters. Problem solved! They also cleaned out all the gutters on my home, installed gutter guards, and power washed the roof, gutters and driveway. The house looked great when they were finished and I’ll have much less trouble with leaves clogging my gutters in the future. Ginger and William are very knowledgeable regarding roofing and gutters. They definitely made me feel confident in their capability to correct my gutter/roof issue. They went above and beyond what I expected. I will recommend them to everyone and will never use another roofing contractor.
The level of expertise and experience that was demonstrated by Ginger during her multiple inspections, testing and evaluation was phenomenal! She showed us all the deficiencies of the aging condo roof and where major issues existed. She provided drawings and test results to back up her assessments. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and the owner, Ginger for any roof issues, repairs and maintenance needed. Whether you are a home owner or a Condominium or a business owner- this is the person to call and use! She uses high quality materials and an expert team.
