Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and on time. The team completed our roof in less than two days, and the quality of the work is fantastic. What really impressed us was the cleanup. You can barely tell any work was done because everything was left so clean. Their pricing was fair, and they were very helpful and accommodating when a few unexpected things came up along the way. CRS is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I have used them a couple times for roof repairs and they just installed a new roof on my house. I mostly worked with Joe. He is super kind, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent with communication. He was always on top of everything.. I needed to turn in many documents for an HOA approval. He got everything together very quickly and nothing was overlooked. In fact the assistant manager of my community was impressed by how thorough this company was. Joe constantly updated me with calls and texts. He got sample tiles sent to my home very quickly to help me decide on the color. Any time I called or texted Joe he responded right away. That is so rare! Christine sent me emails with invoices and updates. She was always on top of everything and very polite. The crew that installed our roof was great. They were always on time, they worked really hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. That was super! All of our city inspections passed and the entire process went very smoothly. I am extremely pleased with CRS( Complete Roofing Solution). Joseph, who is the owner along with his father George made the process very easy. During the entire roof replacement, Jo made sure that area around my home was kept clean and organized. They worked expediently in the timeframe that he informed me that it world take place. I was always able to contact him and without hesitation, I received a response to my concerns.Their office staff was also helpful as well. I highly recommend this company.

Extremely satisfied with the new roof installed by Complete Roofing Solutions, Inc. They were very punctual, cleaned up at end of each day, project checked each day by Joe, great workmanship. Cost was reasonable. Very honest, having to replace a lot of rotted plywood. High recommend this company. A neighbor recommended them to me. He was also very pleased.
