I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way our appointment has been handled today. My son’s lab appointment was scheduled for 9:45 a.m. It is now 11:15 a.m., and he still has not been seen. Each time we approach the front desk, we are dismissively told “soon,” without any explanation, timeline, or apology. Meanwhile, the waiting room has filled up with patients who arrived after us and have already been called in. This demonstrates a clear lack of organization, respect, and consideration for our time. Waiting over an hour and a half past a scheduled appointment without communication is unacceptable. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects very poorly on your service standards. I expect an explanation and immediate action to address this situation.

Reginald D. Locklear is all I can say. Top tier transparent. He connect ans spoke to my 15 year old caring, assuring with big brother with a hint of fatherly love. I went in this appointment wanting a woman. I walked out overwelmed with joy that divinity did what was best for both myself and my daughter.

Dr. Locklear is awesome! He has such a Great sense of humor and knows how to get the kids comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring. All six of my grandchildren are under his care and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

The medical assistant last name Joseph she was very polite and patient to my niece this afternoon. She made me feel very comfortable while she was drawing blood to my niece she did the process very smoothly

My son’s ear was hurting and they called us in quickly. Doctor came to see us after a few minutes and we were given great care and attention.
