I am a Realtor and Property Manager and have used Grace Built for about 10 years for all of my listings and properties I manage. I also used them for my personal home. Brian has always been very responsive and gets the job done ASAP. His crew does quality work and do a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them for a full roof replacement or repair.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Brian, who owns this construction company. He answered my questions honestly. He was prompt in getting back to me when I contacted him. Out of the 4 companies that gave me a price quote for my roof, his was the best price and the work was detailed and not rushed. The roof work turned out great! Most importantly, knowing that Brian is a God-fearing man, I had no worries since I know he will do the best work he can for the customer because ultimately he does his work for the Lord. I'm so thankful for Brian and his crew. When buying a new house, I had to have the roof replaced as soon as I closed to get home owners insurance. I'd fought with 3 other companies that couldn't commit or gave me really high estimates for a basic hip roof. I called Brian and he came out within 3 hours, gave me a very reasonable estimate and had the roof done two days after I closed. Very happy with his work, with the crew, with the price and would recommend Grace Built to all my friends/family.
