We have been working with Groza for years! I highly recommend allowing them to build your home if you are in the market for custom. It’s such a hard process to choose every little detail and they have so many beautiful options. We worked specifically with Dayan, Sylvia and Briana. These ladies are amazing and really helped my vision come to life. They communicate very well and always made time to address any questions or concerns I had. I don’t foresee building anytime again in the near future but if I were, I’d choose Groza again and again.

Groza Builders Incorporated, (GBI), is an amazing company within our community. The owner of the company, Tony Groza, is really one of the most upfront and honest people I have ever met in construction/remodeling. Groza pilots a company that I have found out through the years that has been on the Treasure Coast for many decades. He also deploys a restoration/remodeling part of the company that is headed up by Amanda Baxter; a very competent individual, with an attention to detail. GBI just completed another remodelling project for me and I couldn't be happier with all of the sub-contractors utilized by Amanda and GBI. Very professional, detail oriented company. We LOVE our new kitchen! They took down a wall and it made our great room twice as big! As many of you may know, renovation can be stressful! I have been working with Groza for the past year and a half on my farmhouse project in Fort Pierce. They assisted me throughout the lengthy permitting process, keeping me informed about timelines and updates at every step. Faced with the challenge of meeting my construction loan's maturity date, Groza remained focused and guided me through necessary revisions to ensure we met the deadline. Like any long-term project, there were unexpected challenges, but the Groza team was always friendly and supportive, helping me navigate county requirements and any amendments we needed. It has truly been a pleasure working with the Groza team.

Groza is building 2 homes next to mine. Since then I have called more than a dozen times to clean up the jobsites from litter and the drainage has been backed up due to their lack of maintaining it. It seems the building supervisors never come to the sites. I have had 2 stop work orders applied by the city to correct the issues.. and I will be initiating a 3rd one. Their roofers literally shot 3 inch ring shank nails all over my roof, my yard and one even rusted in my pool.. I was able to remove 4 of them before the damage. Didn't see the 5th one. My dog had found one and chewed on it too from my yard. Not too mention contractors driving through my yard, and traversing through my yard because the street was flooded. I literally have a front yard that will not drain, so my maintenance is off as well. I have refrained from any public discussions as I have called them more than a dozen times with no call backs or response. I have been polite and accommodating up to this point. If their build quality is represented by their contractors at all, I would find another custom home builder. Lastly, these 2 lots almost flooded just from moderate rain, whoever buys them I would definitely get that flood insurance. When we get a serious hurricane they will flood. I have lived in my home for 20 years. They will flood. I will be contacting the city to correct the drainage for a third time.
