George Seay refuses to provide release of liens from himself and sub contractors. There is no need for a phone call. Just send the release of liens and a list of the subcontractors and paid bills for the items you purchased with the down payment of $25,000.00 that I requested by certified mail. Why will you not provide this information? You also state in your bill there is a balance of $461.00 that you have failed to refund.
