We have used Gulf States Industries for many of our Plato Academy Charter School Campuses. Gulf States Industries has given us the highest caliber of service and quality. They have done extensive work, including replacing or repairing Shingle, TPO, and Metal roofs, they have also provided thorough but reasonable pricing on the replacement or repair of all substrate components. Surprises happen, but they have made my job as Director of Facilities a bit easier because I felt comfortable with their communication, loads of photographs (that corroborated ours), which speaks to their integrity and their quality of work.
