Hannabri Roofing

I reached out to Hannabri in June 2022. Wait times for Vero were very high for all roofing companies, even so they were able to send a technician on a SUNDAY to take a look at the roof which needed to be replaced and was leaking, they were able to cover the spot with a tarp. The estimate was given shortly after the following Monday. They estimated that they could start the project on our 1800 Sq ft home in about 2 months and they were exactly on time. They took my card info and held it and didn't charge until the midway point of the job and again at the completion. From the customer service follow up, technician and repair, to installation they were amazing. I recently contacted them about a follow up repair on the skylight and the service was a amazing again and it reminded me to leave this review.

We recently thought we might have a leak because we found wet spots on our ceiling. We called Hannabri per our neighbor's recommendation. They came out within one hour of our call, IN THE RAIN. A thorough inspection was done in our attic and pics were taken. No leak was found and they didn't even charge us for a service call. They will definitely be our "go to" roofers for any future needs!

My wife and I are selling our Vero Beach home which was reroofed by Hannabri in June 2023. A buyer inspection discovered a cracked roof tile. When my wife received notification, she immediately called Hannabri and they remedied the issue in less than 4 hours!! We can't say enough about this company. Their office is always responsive, their crews are skilled and always polite, their pricing is competitive, their workmanship is first rate, they are honest and stand by their warranties, and the owner, John, is a delight to work with putting his customers first and going above and beyond his contractual obligations. While waiting for back ordered tiles to perform a complete re-roof, John arranged for extensive emergency repairs on two areas of my roof. Various crews were involved, and all the workers had great work ethics, were very polite and did very fine job site clean-up. The office staff is always helpful. If I leave a message with the office, my calls are always returned in a reasonable time and my questions thoroughly answered. This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a major home improvement, and I would highly recommend Hannabri Roofing to anyone needing roof work.
