Amazing quality work. Julio and his team surpassed all expectations - amazing attention to detail and they weren't satisfied until they got it right. Their entire team had great communication each day they were working on our home. After receiving multiple quotes, I think their pricing is fair as they explained the scope of work clearly and made recommendations based on their expertise. Ibis wasn't the most inexpensive quote we received but the quality of their work justifies the cost for us. Honest and trustworthy people - highly recommend them.

7 weeks post hurricane Ian and after being informed that Ibis is a "preferred" contractor for our insurance company we have yet to receive a single proposal for a new roof. This company and Rob specifically in my opinion dragged his feet to receive information from our insurance company as to how much in compensation we were going to receive. He was fast to call and tell me exactly what that dollar figure was even though I have absolutely NO contractual agreement with him and ONLY wanted estimates for a new roof. Amazingly, he informed me that he could put a replacement shingle roof on our residence for exactly what my insurance benefit price is. I have still not heard from my insurance but he has some insight and contacts that keep him informed. If this is not illegal it should be. I would not trust this company at all and never allow them to mediate between yourself and YOUR insurance. 3 days is all the time it took another company to give me a satellite breakdown and 7 proposals for a roof replacement with exact cost sheets. Contract with this company at your own risk. This is NOT our first time dealing with hurricane damages. Our other house was hit 18yrs ago by Hurricane Charlie so we know contractors and working with insurance companies. This has been 7 weeks of feet dragging and shady conversations and no more. We would never consider using this company and anyone who does should know and enter into a service with them VERY cautiously.

I had a leak in my roof and I called Julio to come to check it out. He and his team responded quickly. I received a quote and got it patched within 2 weeks, as it was a rainy week. I will use and recommend Ibis Roofing For any future work needed. Thank you Ibis!!!

Reached out on a Saturday, they responded within minutes of my message. Came out on Monday and quickly repaired our roof. Great price and would definitely recommend.
