We first met James as a result of the Real Estate summary he mails out regularly to our neighborhood. We wanted to get his suggestions to put our house in the market but were not ready to take that step. He suggested several updates and we carried them out. Short while after that we really needed to list the house for sale. Here again James helped fine tuning the minor corrections and made our house get a pristine look. From then on it was a fine experience working with him and the sale completed after a few days in the market. Overall James is great to work with and a nice friend.
