I bought a roof from JTI in 2014. Once we paid, it was nearly impossible to get a hold of business. Roof has leaked numerous times beginning within the same year of installation. The business does not stand behind their work. Working with this business was a complete nightmare, and we replacing and 8 yr old roof currently because the roof is not installed right.
