Just want to share that I just had my roof done by Koch roofing. They did an outstanding job. they were honest, reliable and professional. they did it when they said they would. Paul who ran the job made sure everything was done correctly and was the most polite, honest, and trustworthy Super I have every met. not only did they complete on time but made sure everything was cleaned up. They had a crew come out and walk with a magnet on a pole to make sure there were not nails left in the yard then they used another tool they rolled to make sure all was gone. Next they mowed & weed wacked the entire yard. I also had the gutter done by Koch gutters, who were just as professional . the gutter are bigger & more heavy duty then the ones I had before. They are a family owned business and have been around for 20+ years. you wont go wrong using them. P.S. they quoted a price in the beginning & stuck to it.

My insurance company was going to drop me due to the age of my roof. Koch Roofing tore off my old roof and installed my new roof in a matter of days. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the process was. The crew was not only quick, but they kept my yard clean. I haven't found a single stray nail in my yard. The last time my roof was replaced 20 years ago, I was finding roofing nails in my yard for years, literally. New gutters and the inspection report for my insurance company were also included in the price which made the process even easier. One call took care of everything. We recently had Koch Roofing replace our roof and install new gutters and a solar attic fan — they handled everything from start to finish flawlessly. Paul (the manager) was incredibly helpful and communicative, walked us through samples, explained the process, and kept us informed about scheduling and weather delays. The crew was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented; They inspected and repaired areas as needed, they replaced damaged plywood, installed the roof, solar attic fan and gutters neatly, and left the property spotless — running magnets to pick up nails and cleaning up all debris. Koch Roofing is a great roofing company, I would recommend them to anyone needing their roof checked, repaired or replaced. They were very accommodating and helpful. Answered all my questions. The price was acceptable and the workers were fast and cleaned everything up wonderfully afterwards. If you need a roof they are the company to call!!!
