Marlin Construction of IRC is a second-generation, family-owned roofing company originally established in 1994 and proudly serving Indian River County, the Treasure Coast, and communities along Florida's East Coast. As a licensed and insured GAF-certified roofing contractor, the company specializes in metal roofing, shingle roofing, tile roofing, flat roofing systems, siding installation, aluminum fencing, and impact windows and doors for both residential and commercial properties. Led by Mason, the current President, who has worked hands-on in every aspect of the roofing industry from tearoffs to project management, the company is built on a foundation of craftsmanship, trust, and honest pricing. Marlin Construction of IRC also assists homeowners through the My Safe Florida Home Grant Program for qualifying roofing and impact window upgrades.

I can’t use enough superlatives when praising Marlin Construction of IRC. Mason, the owner, was professional throughout my conversion from shingle to metal roof. He communicates effectively, shows up when says he is going to, his crews are honest and hard working. I live in Broward County and I know there are issues when dealing with our building department. He plowed through the headaches of bureaucracy and got my building permit with no headaches to me. He did a thorough pre inspection and quoted me a very fair price and informed me of what I might expect during tear-off. The crews attention to detail, and daily clean up was much appreciated. This project came out so nice that I hired him the next day to replace my girlfriend’s roof in Davie. I was not disappointed with either job. I would highly recommend Mason to anyone thinking of replacing their roof. He is experienced in multi story, multi unit, as well as single family homes. He is honest, communicates well, and puts out a great product!

Mason and the team at Marlin Construction of IRC did an outstanding job installing our fence. Once the permit was approved, they completed the installation in just one day. The workmanship was excellent, and they even hauled away the old fence, leaving everything spotless. Their pricing was very fair, and Mason went above and beyond by securing city approval in record time — no small feat given how slow the process has been in the past. If you’re considering a new fence in South Florida, I highly recommend them.
Absolutely fantastic experience with Mason Marshall and Marlin Construction. They installed a beautiful new fence for us. Since we live in an HOA there are some extra hoops to jump through and Mason satisfied their requirements with a great attitude. The team that came to do the actual install was polite, neat and efficient. I would hire them again for our next project without hesitation.
